Agreements
OSCE
- I agree to either fully OR partially* pay the AuRNPathway OSCE review fee given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties.
*FOR INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN:
- *If I choose to pay in Installment, I understand that AuRNPathway will be requiring a downpayment on enrollment with a $25 admin fee.
- *I agree to pay recurring 3 equal payments every 21 days, starting from the day of my enrollment, until I fully pay my review fee. The payment date remains unchanged from the start of my enrollment if I fail to pay on time.
- *I agree that I can make early repayments of the total amount of the remaining Installment.
- *This is without exception, irrespective of any personal situation or unanticipated financial challenges that may arise.
- *I fully agree and understand that Australia RN Pathway will automatically withdraw the due amount from my preferred bank card on the due date (you need to make sure that there is enough balance in your account for that installment).
- *Important note: If you fail to comply with the Installment payment policy (failed payment), Australia RN Pathway has the right to pause your enrollment. You must fully understand that failure to pay will result in denied online portal access, and a complete pause to both face-to-face training and online sessions until you have made your payment.
OTHERS:
- I fully understand and agree that there is no refund under any circumstances once I have enrolled in the OSCE review program.
- I agree that I will be contacting AuRNPathway if I have difficulty in paying the fee.
- Rest assured that your private card information is secured when you use it to pay for your OSCE review fee.
- COOLING OFF PERIOD: There is a 5-day cooling off period starting the date when the AuRNPathway Enrolment Email was sent. If during this period, you decide to withdraw from the course, any funds paid will be refunded in full.
NCLEX
FOR THOSE AVAILING OF THE 1) “NCLEX QUESTIONS BANK + MODULES” PACKAGE AND 2) “FULL NCLEX REVIEW” PACKAGE:
- I agree to fully* pay the AuRNPathway NCLEX review fee of either of these 2 packages (NCLEX questions bank & modules; or full nclex review), given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties.
*Important note: If you fail to comply with the FULL payment policy, you will not be able to access ANY of the inclusions in the NCLEX packages that require full payment.
- There is NO installment payment plan option for these two NCLEX packages.
FOR THOSE AVAILING THE 3) “NCLEX BANK AND MODULES + FULL OSCE REVIEW” PACKAGE AND 4) FULL NCLEX + FULL OSCE REVIEW” PACKAGE:
- I agree to either fully or partially** pay the AuRNPathway NCLEX review fee of either of these 2 packages (NCLEX questions bank & modules + OSCE; or full NCLEX + full OSCE review), given the stated amount, whether it’s discounted or not, regardless of my personal situation or unexpected financial difficulties.

- Rest assured that your private card information is secured when you use it to pay for your OSCE or NCLEX review fee.
- Even if you have fully paid for the course, you won’t be able to access all the OSCE review materials until you pass your NCLEX exam first. Passing your NCLEX exam is a prerequisite before you can start your OSCE review
